Once we have your message our graphic designer will prepare and email to you a preview of how your product will look like. That is why we need your email on the checkout step. We will wait for your response with the approval or changes to apply. Sending the design drafts repeats until we have your approval. No extra charge for design. Please check the text for misspells. You will receive the first draft within 24 hours.

That includes assembling, apply the engraving, and finishing works. All boxes come with water-based transparent varnish in and outside. The process takes up to 5 days. We ship worldwide via Deutsche post. You will receive your package from your local post operator. A tracking number provided. In case of a lost or damaged package, we offer a replacement or refund on your choice. There is an express shipping option on surcharge.
