We believe you will be very happy with your purchase but accsept returns and exchanges as well. If there is an issue with the product, service or shipping we are open to collaborate. In case of lost or damaged item during the shipping we offer replasement for free or full refund.

We ship internationally from Bulgaria (EU) through Deutsche Post using priority airmail. This means that you will get a tracking number after the items have been shipped.


USA and Canada -  12-16 days

Europe – 5-7 days

Australia – 12-16 days

Rest of the world – 12-20 days


Take note that we can not be responsible for failure (delayed or lost packets) of foreign postal stations. As soon the packets leave my country we have no influence on the transportation process. We can not see in more detail the current status of the shipment than it can be seen on the tracking page. BUT in case of a lost, damaged, or sustainably delayed package, we will replace your item.

Please note that buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes that may be applied.

IMPORTANT: Customers have a responsibility to provide the correct address. If there is a missing text or invalid address and the package is returned to me, we will charge the customer for reshipping.


The design (all text and graphics) of our wooden products is laser engraved. That makes it carved into the wood. Also during the engraving, it becomes darker because of burning the wood by the laser beam. This makes the graphics darker than the rest of the surface. I do the stain after the engraving on the whole box and it absorbs also in the engraved area. There is not a different stain in the engravings. The level of darkness of the text varies depending on the wood structure but it can be read easily because it is carved.
