Design and Production Process
To ensure your personalized item is perfect, we follow a careful crafting process:
- Design Proof: After your purchase, we will send a digital design mockup to your email for approval.
- Production Time: Our standard crafting time is up to 5 business days, including the design phase.
- Prompt Approval: Please keep an eye on your inbox! A quick response helps us stay on schedule. If approval is delayed, the production time may be extended accordingly.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
- We proudly ship internationally from our workshop in Bulgaria (EU) using Priority Airmail.
- Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.
Estimated Transit Times
- Europe: 4–7 business days (no extra duties and taxes)
- USA and Canada: 5–10 business days (no extra duties and taxes)
- Australia: 10–20 business days (no extra duties and taxes)
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (duties and taxes may apply in some areas)
Delivery and Protection
- While we cannot directly control the speed of international postal services once a package leaves our country, your satisfaction is our priority.
- Our Guarantee: In the unfortunate event of a lost, damaged, or substantially delayed package, we will replace your item at no extra cost.
- Tracking Status: Please note that we see the same tracking information as you do via the tracking page. For real-time updates, we recommend checking your local postal service’s website using the provided number.
Important: Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or missing information, a reshipping fee will apply to send the item back to you.
