Our Custom Engraving & Design Process
Our wooden boxes are handmade with a custom design. The sample products are presented in four main categories. You can purchase your personalized wooden box using any product in the collections by customizing the design with your own text or request a completely different design. Use the text field in the product page or contact us by email. We will contact you with a design preview for approval.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED KEEPSAKE BOX

Step one - PURCHASE
Our products are personalized and made to order, so the first thing we need is your personalization details and requirements. Please write to us what are your expectations about the design of your special box. Please put the details in the personalization field or email us to: nonio@abv.bg If you have any questions please contact us.

Step two - DESIGN
Once we have your message our graphic designer will prepare and email to you a preview of how your product will look like. That is why we need your email on the checkout step. We will wait for your response with the approval or changes to apply. Sending the design drafts repeats until we have your approval. No extra charge for design. Please check the text for misspells. You will receive the first draft within 24 hours.

Step three - MAKING and SHIPPING
That includes assembling, apply the engraving, and finishing works. All boxes come with water-based transparent varnish in and outside. The process takes up to 5 days. We ship worldwide via international and domestic carriers. You will receive your package from your local post operator. A tracking number provided. In case of a lost or damaged package, we offer a replacement or refund on your choice.
