Custom Engraved Wooden Box – Upload Your Own Image or Design

This custom engraved wooden box is designed for customers who already have their own image or creative idea and want to turn it into a unique physical keepsake.

Instead of choosing one of our existing designs, you can upload your own artwork and we will prepare it for engraving on the wooden lid. Your image can be combined with a name, date, quote, message or other personalised text.

The finished box can be used to store photographs, letters, cards, jewellery, drawings, documents and other treasured keepsakes, making it suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, family memories and many other special occasions.

Upload your own image, artwork or design file when placing your order. You can use your design exactly as the main feature of the engraving or combine it with a name, date, meaningful quote, personal message or other text.

You do not need to prepare a finished engraving file yourself. Send us the best-quality version of your image that you have, and we will review and prepare the artwork for laser engraving. If any changes are needed to achieve a good result on wood, we will contact you.

AI-generated images are welcome. If you have created a special illustration or artwork using an AI image generator, simply upload the image and we can prepare it for engraving in the same way as other customer artwork.

There is no additional charge for creating the custom design. We will send you a design proof by email before production, so please check your email after placing your order. Your box will be made after the design has been reviewed and approved.

Laser engraving transforms your uploaded design into a permanent part of the wooden surface. Because engraving is created directly on the wood rather than printed on top, the final appearance will naturally reflect the grain, colour and character of the material.

Very fine details, colours and photographic shading may need to be adapted for engraving. We prepare the artwork with this in mind and show you the proposed result in the design proof before production.

Choose from four wood finish colours: Birch, Oak, Walnut and Mahogany. Each finish creates a different contrast with the engraving, allowing you to choose the appearance that best suits your design.

Choose from five box sizes depending on what you would like to store inside. Smaller sizes work well for letters, jewellery and small keepsakes, while larger boxes provide more space for photographs, drawings, documents and collections of memories.

Custom sizes may also be available on request.
